Meeting Blaine was completely by chance. He happened to be standing next to the reception desk when we called his office looking for advice regarding a certain listing from a different agent who wasn’t available. Blaine answered the phone and from that point he went out of his way to accommodate us. We’ll admit that we didn’t make it easy for him. The first set of showings Blaine set up for us were all set up with only a days notice. He had no problem setting up a very long set of viewings. From the first time we actually met Blaine face to face he was very honest with us. Not only did he give us his opinion on every showing but he also explained the potential for resale down the line, or any costs that we might not have noticed otherwise. The second set of viewings he set up for us were once again done very last minute, yet Blaine still managed to show us a great set of houses. Once we did settle on a house, Blaine really pulled through going above and beyond what most realtors would consider normal. Due to the fact that we lived 8 hours away from the home we purchased, Blaine had to do some extra things that aren’t usually a part of a realtors job.
